I was a driver at ETF and attended the training in July of 2013. Today I am a successful Furniture maker. After the training a lot shifted in my mind. I became aware of all that I can be and do. The benefit I gathered from this training has led me to a path I never would have followed. This training has influenced my personal life, giving me clarity and pointing the way to the next step of my life. I discovered hidden talents I was not conscious of and one of them is the ability to make beautiful things with my hands. This training helped me choose to pursue that aspect of my life and today I am succeeding very incredibly as a furniture maker and being sort after by individuals and organizations. I thank God and I bless my Boss The ED of Esther Thelfid Foundation Chinwe Aganekwu who took me in as a staff and a son and helped me see me as God sees me and made and not as circumstances or people see me.

I travelled all the way from Enugu State encouraged by my father to attend this training. I came with my cousin to this training and we have not regretted any single moment we spent learning at ETF training center. This training has turned out to be a turning point in our lives. I for one have always known what I wanted to do with my life, but getting the skills and perspectives right has moved me steps ahead. As an artist and a fashion designer, I now know how to position my self better in the market place especially through the marketing and customer care skills I horned here. My personal grooming ability also got a major boost and so did my etiquette and creative thinking. Every module thought was so good and I believe that if I inculcate all in my life I will be a huge success. I am grateful to my father for making me come though I was hesitant initially.

A friend asked me to come for this training and I came in from Lagos hoping it will be worth my while. It was a 1 five days intensive training that held me spell bound. As the training objective was read I felt I was at the right place at the right time. I came to this training hoping to get a job and start earning money immediately but I realized that there is so much more to life than just working at a paid job. But as the training progressed I realized that haven been equipped with job application skills I can get any job wanted. I thank God for helping me come and I bless Him for making meet incredible people here who will be in my life as I journey. I am thankful for the advice and coaching we all got from the ED of the foundation.

An experience of a lifetime. A friend recommended this training and helped me get to the training. It finally dawns on me what to do with my life. I now know my strengths and how to enhance them. I found this employability training to be excellent, motivating and impactful. My life will never be the same again. One thing I know in my life is that I will be rich, but being rich will not do it for me. I will like to interact with the high mighty and this train training has opened my eyes to the skills I need to mingle and be self confident. All modules were powerful especially communication, leadership creative thinking, but emotional intelligence but personal grooming and etiquette did it for me.
